Now that the weather is getting nicer and the days are getting longer my kids are starting to spend more time outside. I pick them up from school by 4:30 and it only takes us a few minutes to get home so now there is plenty of time to play outside.
Another thing you should know is that the street we live on is a popular one for people out running or taking walks. The street is a big horseshoe and much of it (but not our part) is right on the ocean so it makes for a nice scenic walk and it's not too busy with cars.
So, combine my kids being outside in the front yard and all the people walking/running by and what you have is three little Walmart greeters. They say hi to everyone and get very offended if the people don't say hi back. In fact Lizzie is very puzzled that not everyone responds.
So if you walk by one night be sure to say hi to our street's little ambassadors. You will know our yard because it looks like there is a daycare there!
