Changing the Clocks is Evil

Clearly William Willet, the person who came up with the idea of daylight savings time did not have children. In fact, in my current state, if the man was still alive, I might have to punch him. Clearly he was an evil person.

I am still struggling with pregnancy exhaustion and now my daughter is getting up at 5:30 in the morning. Combine that with the thought of the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday (which we are hosting), my in-laws visit, another business trip to CA (which overlaps with my in-laws visit), Christmas shopping, my husband's Christmas party and the actual holidays and I'm completely overwhelmed. To the point of tears. I can't even think about the fact that I'm adding two more children to the chaos.

I went through two of my husband's christ,as parties eight month's pregnant. One was at the Hasty Pudding Club and the other was at the Museum of Fine Ars in Boston. Both were very elegant with most women in evening dresses and I felt very much like a blimp.

I can relate to your feling of being overwhelmed taking being a mother, working, running a household and being pregnant is alot at once. My water broke with my third pregnancy ben running up and down the basement stairs doing laundry, making dinner and probably cleaning the house while entertaining a three year old and a five year old.

Go with the chaos, don't try to fight it or control it. Let go of what isn't working and look for new ways to do things and realize this is the way it is going to be for a while.
